Technical training prepares the technicians and support functions in the market networks on how to work with Lynk & Co cars according to our unique processes. It will also allow the technicians to get a deeper knowledge of Lynk & Co vehicles. To be part of creating simple, smart, different, and pedagogical technical training, for our small and collaborative team we are now looking for experienced e-learning
You'll be critical to the team making the reality of the designs and concepts. Working closely with the product and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll develop a pedagogical interactive experience. You'll have a genuine impact on the team's decisions, overcoming challenges together with colleagues.
The role is based in Gothenburg, and we have a hybrid work policy - a minimum of 3 days from the office.
What you'll do
- Implementation of training platform and securing complete functionality
Mostly frontend but also some light backend
- Programming/Scripting for other technical training projects
- Optimising the projects for different platforms
- Constantly refining the code quality
- Meet project milestones and deadlines
- Stay updated with front-end and e-learning trends
- Quality assurance
What you should have
- Experience in the development and implementation of e-learning, as well as proven track record of delivering interactive projects.
- Experience in building highly modular front-end applications.
- Programming experience and background (i.e., C#, Java, XML)
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimizations.
You are passionate about developing interactivity and e-learning with a user-centric focus. To succeed, you need to be a great communicator and happy to work with people from various business units and crafts. You have an open mind to learning technologies, and programming languages, as well as are open to working with both front- and backend.
