Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Cobol System Developer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Collaborate within a development and management team, providing expertise in AMT and Cobol.
• Strengthen system developer competence, actively contributing to the client’s skill development.
• Engage in agile development methodologies as part of the management and development team.
• Drive individual and team projects, demonstrating proactive and self-directed work.
• Document processes in accordance with customer guidelines.
• Transfer knowledge and expertise to appointed personnel.
• Assist with competency and work on additional assignments as selected by the client.

What You Bring:

• Over 5 years of experience in Cobol development.
• Minimum 1-year experience in system development using the AMT framework.
• Background in pension and insurance industry processes.
• Proficiency in C#.NET programming for over 4 years.
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL Server.
• Extensive familiarity with Microsoft products and platforms spanning 4+ years.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in agile development.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
