Are you our next Agile Coach / Software Developer?

We are looking for a Agile Coach / Software Developer, where you get to combine technology, agile methods and coaching a team on the way forward. You will be programming in Python/Go and working with tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. You will also lead and coach your team using Scrum methodology in their daily work and work closely with the manager.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for our in-house developed Test Framework and tools used for system level testing of network solutions based on our products. We think about automation in everything we do, and we are constantly trying out new techniques that can help us fulfill current and future demands.

We are currently working with the next generation of our test framework to meet future demands on scalability and reduced complexity for end users. While doing that we will change the main programming language from Python to Go, focus on scaling test capabilities by using virtualization with docker and Kubernetes and design web interfaces for configurations and visualizations of test results.

So, who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who truly believes in Agile methods. You are a great facilitator, and sensitive to other peoples ideas and knowledge. You enjoy working in teams, and you like to try new ideas and innovations. You have an academic background in computer science or similar.

Further, we want you to be:

- Experienced in, and desire to learn more of Python and Go

- Comfortable working in a Linux environment

- Experienced with software engineering tools such as source code management, continuous integration/deployment, containers, front-end and/or back-end development

- Knowledgeable and/or interested in Networking Technologies

- Fluent in English, and at least beginner-level in Swedish, both written & spoken

We also want you to have good leading skills and a desire to develop your team’s Agile capabilities.

Oh, and don't worry, if you’re not an expert in all the things described - you'll learn.
