Do you want to help build the App and Mobility group in Gothenburg?
We are today a relatively new business unit consisting of a small but strong team with expertise in mainly Android and iOS development and we want to continue to develop. Both as a unit and as individuals. We are therefore looking for you who want to be part of our management team in the role of consultant manager and together with our business unit manager continue to develop the unit and build on the fine foundation we have today.
In the role, you will work at all levels. Together we work strategically with the unit's development in both the long and short term. We work to develop our business and the unit's overall competence through both skills development and thoughtful recruitment. We want every employee in our team to feel pride, belonging and that they are in the right place. Here you will be involved and play an important role in working with these issues.
You probably come from a background in Android or iOS and you will have every opportunity to maintain and develop your own skills in these areas in parallel with your role as a consultant manager. It can be through your own assignment at the customer in parallel with the consultant manager role or in other contexts where the technology is in focus and you can take an active role. We can control and adapt this together.
You are expected to have technical skills in some of the areas listed below to help drive our development forward and to support and inspire our consultants in their work. It is also a great advantage if you can conduct technical interviews in these areas.
8+ years of mobile application development (e.g. obj-C, Swift for iOS and/or Java, Kotlin for Android).
Cross-platform development (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, KMM etc.)
Old and new technologies (ex. Jetpack libraries, Dagger, Coroutines, Gradle, AOSP, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, RxSwift, AutoLayout).
Worked with different architectures and design patterns and have a good understanding of when to use what?
Previous work in infotainment development is also a plus but not necessary.
Practically, you will have staff responsibility for your own consulting group within the business unit and work operationally with recruitment and staff development, so if you have experience of this before, it is a merit, but not a requirement. The same applies to the business perspective, experience is a merit but not a requirement. We work together on these issues and the most important thing is your attitude, your drive to develop and your willingness to develop yourself together with us!
