Software tester - Automotive

In this role, you work as a consultant with the main focus on test and quality in a team where development and competence are in focus. We are looking for you who have worked for a long time in testing with a focus on the automotive industry and where test automation has been part of the work. Read more below!
What does the role look like?

You will be part of our test team that works with various test assignments for our customers. In this role, you work as a consultant with the main focus on the automotive industry, but there may also be assignments with other customers in other domains. We are a team where development and competence are in focus.

We have a large contact network with many framework agreements and thus we have good opportunities to offer attractive assignments where the latest technology is in focus.

Your work focuses on the architecture and programming of mainly automatic tests. You have experience developing test architecture and frameworks for test automation and making proof of concepts on proposed solutions.

You plan the test work, prioritize, analyze and execute the test runs. As a tester, you are curious and know what to automate and what not to do.

Your background
You have extensive knowledge about different test tools and test methods and how they can be used effectively in the test work. You also know how the test work needs to be conducted in different sub-areas such as integration tests, performance tests, system tests, etc. Our assignments are often international in nature, therefore fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is a natural part of the work.

You have worked a few years with testing in the automotive industry. We believe that you have great experience of agile approaches, such as Scrum and SAFe as well as DevOps. You are comfortable with one or more of the following tools: dSpace, CANoe, CANalyzer, ETAS INCA, CANape and Matlab/Simulink and it is an advantage if you also have programming skills, preferably in Python!

You are probably a trained system scientist, engineer or similar.
