Specialist Service Designer for our client in Gothenburg

We at Adecco Professionals are currently seeking a Specialist Service Designer for our client in Gothenburg. About the role
As a Specialist Service Designer, you will be working with our clients´ digital services and solutions development in a close collaboration with D&IT and Sales organizations. Focus will be on both improvement and optimization of singular user touchpoint performance, reducing service inefficiencies and creating new customer-dealer-service interactions, redesigning supporting operations. The candidate will be a part of a global cross-functional and multidisciplinary team, engaging stakeholders spread across various geographical locations.

About you
We are seeking a candidate who is collaborative, driven, and curious with strong social skills. A confident and persistent person who thrives in dealing with complex tasks which require skills of balancing customer value with technology and business. You possess expertise in customer research, demonstrating proficiency in working with personas, service journey and blueprint mapping. Your capabilities extend to visualizing service touchpoints and interactions, and you excel in facilitating creative workshops, whether in a digital or in-person setting.

To succeed in this role, candidates are expected to meet the following qualifications:

• Relevant education and documented work experience (ie portfolio).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders and drive alignment toward customer-centric goals.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for measuring customer experience and customer journeys.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English business language.

Prerequisite
Experience working closely with design and development of digital services in a corporate environment. Ability to bridge stakeholders across functions, translate the customer and user needs to new business/service opportunities.

Desired
Work experience across all stages of digital services development, from pre-studies to, preferably, final launch to the market.
