THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate Software Architect with strong technical skills and a burning interest in software development, data analysis and big data management. As our ideal candidate, you will not only be an expert in programming, as you also have a natural way of supporting and inspiring your colleagues to reach the shared goals. If you are ready to take on a exciting role in an innovative scale-up environment, you could be the person we are looking for! Your main responsibilities will be to:

· drive and implement innovative and high performing solutions
· optimize code to handle large data volumes and ensure top-notch performance
· engage in hands-on strategic programming
· apply agile development methods to drive efficiency and innovation

Our company headquarters is located in the heart of Norrköping, Sweden. In this role, you will collaborate with customers and showcase your expertise in dialogues with partners and customers worldwide.

QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in this role, you need an engineering degree or equivalent. With a track record of at least 3 years in the field, you've honed your expertise in software architecture, and your enthusiasm for strategic development is a key driver of your success. Proficiency in C++, container orchestration, Cloud Platform programming, graphic and compute APIs, and familiarity with source control tools is preferred. Additional benefits include a background in 3D image analysis and AI, as well as familiarity with 3D visualization.

Moreover, you're a dynamic force in project management, effortlessly navigating complex tasks with precision and organization. An agile mindset is second nature to you, complemented by your proficiency of work management tools essential for navigating all aspects of agile software development. Your proactive nature, unwavering commitment to success, and exceptional communication skills make you a true project leader. You're not just a humble team player; your ability to motivate and coach those around you fuels the drive to overcome challenges and achieve the common goals.

Since we are an international team, it is important that you are comfortable in spoken and written English.
