Software Engineer - Battery Management

On behalf of the client, we are looking for you who have the right qualifications, experience and personality for this assignment.The client is at the forefront of innovation in the automotive sector, particularly in the development of Battery Management Systems (BMS).
As part of their continuous growth and development, they are seeking a skilled and passionate Software Engineer to join their dynamic team.
You will be joining a highly multicultural team of around 15 members, boasting a balanced mix of genders. The team's expertise spans various a
spects of the BMS system, and members are deeply involved in all phases of development and testing.

Assignment Description and Main Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer within Battery Management, you will play a key role in: 
- Designing, developing and validating software related to battery management systems in the vehicle, 
- Supporting the testing of the complete system in the vehicle environment. 
- Managing beta-testing and establishing data-driven, closed-loop feedback mechanisms for performance analysis.
- Working with dashboards and metrics to track system performance.
- Driving innovation and creating value for current and future battery-related software functions.
- Actively contributing to both team and product development with state-of-the-art software implementation.

 Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related 
- At least 5 years of previous experience in battery management systems particularly with Matlab Simulink
- Proficiency in embedded ECU programming.
- Experience with ETAS, Vector toolbox, Diagnostics, Azure, and  HL- system.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- High IT maturity and experienced user of Office 365
