Senior User Experience Researcher

On behalf of the client, we are looking for you who have the right qualifications, experience and personality for this assignment.Assignment
As Senior UX Researcher your main responsibilities will be to:
- Support the work with understanding and defining Impact Map wow for definition and confirmation of Consumer Value
- Conduct and lead user research and test activities within the co-development fleet (mainly company cars) and use a variety of qualitative and a subset of quantitative methods to validate products and services.
- Communicate and visualize user needs and behaviours and facilitate collaboration activities.
- Present results in an easily accessible/understandable way.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business decisions.

 Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
- At least 5 years of work experience in user research
- Documented experience from working with Impact maps.
- Experience in doing exploratory user research
- Background in the automotive industry or similar industries
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- A valid B Drivers License

- A passion for the consumer and for analyzing human behaviours 
- Data-driven with a passion for identifying insights that generate consumer value and increase their satisfaction.
