As a Design Lead at Volvo Cars, you will play a pivotal role for the visual identity and coherency of the customer journey. 
What you’ll do
•    We are looking for someone who has a passion for leading the digital first content fit for platform, having a proven extensive experience with central distribution and activation for a global brand enabling activation of a campaign throughout a scalable production and localisation.
•    Extensive experience working both upstream with art directors and brand department to secure the creative concept and campaign idea is filtered through the customer journey – with key focus on optimising for best practice and platform.
•    Very experienced working with KPIs and metrics as well as create a content approach based on insights and learnings to optimise and constantly iterate.
•    Set the work with a content master to secure scalable content with a data driven approach and creative learnings as baseline for continuous optimizations.
•    As we are shaping our journey, you have a unique opportunity to create and impact the future of the automotive industry and wow with ad asset transcreation and adaptations. You will therefore be a big change agent in ways of working and pushing change management for content approach not only towards internal teams but also globally.
•    Influence content with inspiring ways of consuming content and drive future content trends. In collaboration with international teams, you will also deliver digital assets globally to generate and implement content.

You and your skills
We believe you have a minimum of 5 years ‘proven professional experience working for an agency or in-house production preferably a direct-to-consumer responsibility and used to create content for direct channels. Ideally you have an e-commerce background with passion for both creating and editing all types of digital content. You are used to a performance marketing approach for creative material and treat data as your best friend. 
The person we´re looking for has a proven experienced working with; Retouch and grading in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign (Adobe Creative Cloud). Google Web design, a plus is 3D rendering. You have an experience working within GMP from your day-to-day job. You are already used to looking at data for guidance and for evaluation of current web ads.
Besides being a star with art direction experience, design, motion/graphic design we also see extremely strong communication skills together with interpersonal skills to successfully interact with our cross functional team. Your collaboration savvy and have an entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude. You are a prestige less person that loves teamwork, you like the philosophy where you stand strong as a team and together win as a team. 
Like the rest of the team, you like accountability, have high ambitions and love a fast pace where no task is to big or small. You are a creative person with a detail and result oriented focus. One of your core competences are your strong data and presentation skills. 
You are fluent in English and additional languages are a bonus.
