We offer you
We are on a road to implementing a process-oriented way of working. Will offer you a position as Application Lead which means acting as a coordinator and IT Lead within the processes/stream, “Define & Develop Customer Offer” (Products & Services) and “Allocate Products”. You will work closely to the Process stream leads.

You will be involved and contribute to several changes we make in our IT solutions, but this role main focus will be in the area of Assortment Planning/Merchandise Planning and Allocation of our products. This role includes manage all IT-related activities on Kappahl within the stream, coordinate plans and follow up, coordinate IT related activities with Partners together (when necessary)​ with IT team manager.

You will be a part of the Purchase Team at Kappahl Transformation & IT, the team focus on strategic and tactical planning within the whole Purchase area.

Your profile
We are seeking you who have an academic degree within a relevant field (example IT, Purchase, engineering or finance). You have experience of Planning & Allocation system and/or ERP-systems. You have experiences of being a product owner/project manager and also enjoy leading and facilitating meetings.

We see that you are structured, used to manage, prioritize and handle a back log in a tool like Azure DevOps or Jira. Experienced to turn business needs into requirements for the future development of the applications.

You communicate freely in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

As a person you are structured and have a heart for development and problem solving. Have the ability to react quickly on changed demands and are solution oriented. You like responsibility and are constantly looking for new areas for improvement. Open to new impulses and enjoy driving changes in your team. You will be a key player which demands cooperation skills. Need to be interested in and understand the technology but have your focus on the development process that creates value to the business.
