Do you want to explore SW craftsmanship in an agile environment working as a multi-standard developer?

You will be part of a team that has the end-to-end responsibility to develop and support the introduction of new features in our telecom network simulator 3Gsim. You will be part of 3Gsim's transformation into the RNC product flow, now focusing on the continuous integration part.

The tasks require an open-minded and curious approach that demands competence to move between different radio access technologies as well as between disciplines.

Today a craftsman works with everything needed in a team: analysis, product impact, test-driven approach to development and ensuring short feedback loops.

If you're the right one for us, you take great pride in your work; enjoy coding in any forms and ready to explore new opportunities. You can take a conceptual idea and transform it into an integrated part of the product. You have a large appetite for learning new skills and constantly improving existing ones. Requirements:

- The ability to write high-performance, maintainable code in C++
- Strong product design and user experience skills
- Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong spoken and written communication skills

- Enthusiasm for working with Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban/TDD/XP/...) in a team environment
- Dedication to unit testing, code review and other quality-oriented practices
- Participation in free and open source software development
