The last 1,5 years our team has implemented IT Service Management and IT Operation Management with a full-fledged global service catalogue with hundreds of automated services. We’ve also implemented HR Service Delivery with a joint Service portal where HR and IT coexist to bring the best user experience to our end users.

We aim to expand the platform, even more, and we are now looking for a developer for the ServiceNow platform to help us expand our service portfolio.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about leveraging ServiceNow to enhance IT service management processes.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

· Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize and enhance IT service delivery.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers, ensuring best practices and quality standards are maintained.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.

· Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

· Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, business rules, and workflows.

· Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

· In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.

· Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Server-side, client-side, and orchestration).

· ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Developer) is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
