Job Description

We are on the lookout for a resourceful and driven Full Stack Developer to be a part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in both developing and maintaining our web-based platform. Collaborating closely with our CEO, the app developers and the founders, your contributions will be crucial in refining our product to exemplify excellence in performance, user experience, and security.

Key Responsibilities

- Innovative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the founders, CEO and team members to ideate and implement novel features and functionalities.

- Full Spectrum Development: Engage in both front-end and back-end development, using modern technologies to evolve our web application and API components.

- Optimization and Scalability: Enhance the application for maximal speed and scalability.

- Security Implementation: Deploy robust security measures to safeguard user data and our platform.

- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve technical issues, thereby ensuring an uninterrupted and smooth user experience.

- Technical Excellence: Apply your technical acumen to refine the process of converting Excel models into efficient web applications and APIs.

Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional track record.

- Full Stack Expertise: Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack Developer, proficient in both front-end and back-end realms.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, alongside other relevant programming languages.

- Framework Familiarity: Knowledge of web frameworks, with a preference for experience in Apache frameworks.

- Java Mastery: Strong proficiency in Java and Maven.

- Database Acumen: Experience with database management, preferably with familiarity in Google Compute Platform.

- Problem-Solving Prowess: Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

- Innovative Mindset: A penchant for building systems from the ground up.
