About the role

We are currently seeking an Application Consultant whose main focus will be on analyzing and comprehending intricate business and software requirements. Your primary objective will be to provide expert guidance to customers by offering tailored software support and configurations that effectively address their specific needs.

Among your work tasks:

• gather detailed information on customer requirements and needs
• provide assistance to customers in form of technical and/or business consultation
• work closely with Solution Architects within Aptic by assisting with requirement analysis, and provide solution proposals
• execute software configurations on demand
• document on provided assistance and software/product alterations
• create and maintain excellent customer service quality
• perform testing to secure product & service quality
• provide assistance and support to colleagues
• register working hours and billable hours to customers

This role is based in any of our locations – Stockholm, Oslo, The Hague or Skövde.

About you

We are looking for an outside the box-thinker with a positive and constructive mindset. You are a dedicated problem solver who takes responsibility of your own tasks and complete what you have committed to. You are eager to learn more about our customers' business processes and have an ability to translate customer needs to requirement analysis.

About your competence

Your predominant focus will be to install and maintain customer installations of our system, to work on and build integrations between our system and other systems, and to work on our API solutions. Therefore, you must have experience in and knowledge of REST-based APIs, HTTP and SOAP protocols, REST and Rest Oriented Architecture, MDLC environment tools, Content delivery networks, and caching.

We believe that you have good SQL and XML skills. Knowledge of XSLT or other file transformation tools is as must.

We value experience from configuration and support of enterprise systems with an understanding of system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting within finance or debt collection.

You may have a degree in Information Technology, but you may come without a degree with your bag filled with experience instead.

We are a proud international company, so fluency in English is a must to be able to communicate both internally and externally.

You need to have a working permit in EU.
