Automotive Software Systems Engineer

We are looking to strengthen our offering in automotive software; thus we are searching for you with a proven track record in automotive software systems engineering.

We work in two ways, on-site and in-house. In-house, we set up complete Agile teams which own their deliveries and backlogs. Working on-site at our clients’ facilities, our engineers take part of the OEM’s team, supporting with their technical expertise to enable further growth of product development. You will be working in projects within one of following areas: electronics, electro-mobility, autonomous drive, ADAS, infotainment and connectivity.

Your tasks will include:
Defining and managing software requirements on automotive systems.
Participate in the overall system design process to help manage, resolve, and balance conflicting requirements.
Lead and coordinate solutions across platforms.
Work in close collaboration with test groups to ensure that requirements are testable and work as intended.

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role, we see that you at minimum have:

No less than 5 years of experience working with automotive software.

No less than 2 years of experience working with requirements definition and management.

Professional experience from OEM or Tier1 supplier.

A BSc. and/or a MSc. in engineering.

Meritorious experience:

Experience with either of IBM DOORS, SystemWeaver, Polarion, Elektra.

Software development with C, C++, Python and/or Simulink.

AUTOSAR (classic/adaptive).

Functional safety standard, ISO 26262

SOTIF standard, ISO 21448

Communication protocols CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, FlexRay.
