Background & Skills:

• 8+ years of experience working as a software developer
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in English
• Experience working with enterprise systems

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, Typescript, Oracle, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS
• Or
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Azure

Responsibilities:

• Be involved in every step of the development process, from requirements gathering, design, and implementation to testing, deployment, and operations.
• Actively contribute to the development and evolution of our software solutions, leveraging your expertise to guide their future direction.
• Work within self-organizing teams, coaching in deciding how software is developed, including the choice of processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and support your fellow developers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge. Your guidance will contribute to building a strong, skilled, and cohesive development team.
