Are you passionate about developing cutting-edge products and systems? Consilium Marine & Safety is looking for a Senior Software Developer to contribute to our agile cross-functional R&D team in Gothenburg.
Your Role
As a Senior Software Developer, you will be a key player in developing and maintaining embedded systems for both new and existing products within fire and gas detection. Collaborate with a dynamic team of curious and helpful colleagues, working on exciting technology projects. Engage in smaller customer projects for significant product updates, define software requirements from system requirements, and contribute to architecture and design.

We appreciate and encourage a proactive approach to building software, but still having safety and security aspects in mind as part of the development process. The Gothenburg R&D team consists of around 40 people and work closely with other development teams in Europe.
What we are looking for
• Degree in electronics, computer science, or equivalent, with several years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and product development for electronics systems.
• Skills in C++, Linux, and software architecture
• Good communication skills in English; Swedish proficiency is a plus.
