Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Manage and support software architecture requirements, including elicitation, analysis, breakdown, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain software architecture for the VME team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate hands-on with the development team to review and prepare detailed technical designs, ensuring high-quality delivery within committed estimates.
• Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of solutions, exploring alternatives and refining the proposed solutions.
• Conduct bug analysis, identify root causes of past issues, and implement preventative measures in the software architecture to minimize future challenges.
• Define concept approaches and optimize existing concepts to enhance overall software performance.
• Establish and enforce coding standards through regular code reviews, ensuring the highest quality in the software development process, including thorough testing.
• Utilize Simulink for modeling software architectures for automotive devices, ensuring traceability and compliance with industry standards.
• Apply extensive experience with the latest C standards, AUTOSAR, and Embedded Systems in the software development process.
• Conduct software profiling, performance analysis, and optimization techniques to enhance overall system efficiency.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer/software engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded software architecture and system deployment for complex multiprocessor systems.
• Proven track record as a Software Architect with expertise in code refactoring and system design within the MATLAB/Simulink environment.
• Experience in concept definition of software for automotive applications, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements.
• Proficient in software architecture definition and deployment, with knowledge of automotive domains on Windows/Linux platforms.
• Familiarity with development processes, including ASPICE and ISO26262 standards.
• Expertise in state-of-the-art requirements management, software modeling, and development tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.), contributing to an adaptive and efficient development process.
