Test Automation Engineer

We need a meticulous Test Automation Engineer like you to fortify our growing Platform team!

Hours: Full Time 

Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in Sweden, Malta, Hungary, Spain, or Poland.

Contract: Permanent

What the role entails:

Some of the key responsibilities of our Test Automation Engineer will be: 

- Develop, configure, and maintain internal test automation frameworks.

- Design, develop and execute automated tests to ensure the highest quality.

- Contribute to the creation of metrics to ensure high-quality testing coverage.

- Help QA colleagues daily to grow and learn in Test Automation in the agile world.

- Collaborate and share expertise with other team members or members on other sites when needed.

- Execute automated (and manual) tests and analyse results to ensure highest quality.

- Report and follow up defects in our defect tracking system.

What we ask of you:

- At least three years of experience working with C# and JavaScript for test automation.

- Ability to collaborate with others to understand requirements, develop solutions, coordinate with QA/Testing and deliver finished products.

- A strong desire for continuous learning.

- Superb English communication skills.

It would be a plus if you:

- Have experience working in a similar position.

- Have experience working with Selenium and/or (Cypress/Playwright).

- Have experience working with Python.

- Have experience with CI/CD pipeline.

- Have experience with clean code principles.

- Have experience working with AWS.

- Have experience with TeamCity, Bitbucket, Octopus deploy.

- Have experience with Test case management tools (e.g. TestRail) and other management tools (e.g. Jira)
