Oracle EBS Developer to Tre

Three Technology has approximately 300 employees supporting the business in Sweden and Denmark. Team ERP is responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of our business-critical systems, such as Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite), Oracle Fusion HCM (HR), and IDM (Identity Management). We also support other products such as SplashBI, OpenShift and Xactly.

We are a team of about 15 people with various experiences and competencies. We have an "on-prem" installation of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2, and Oracle Cloud for HR and Finance. Collectively, we take responsibility for development and maintenance. In addition, we are currently working on projects to upgrade and migrate to the cloud.

About the role
As a DevOps Engineer focusing on Development, you will drive relevant issues in department-wide improvement forums. Your core competence is development, and the team strives to work cross-functionally to reduce personal dependencies, which requires a "can-do mindset". During a typical week, you will analyze, refine, develop, test, and deploy new functionality as well as support users in case of incidents. You will be part of an agile DevOps team with colleagues with various roles, such as requirement analysts, product owners, developers, system administrators, and testers.

A little more about you
Working with development at our company means that you have a deep understanding, experience, and a natural interest in technology. Equally important is a sense of user needs - a "tech-functional profile" including understanding of processes such as “Procure-to-Pay" and “Order-to-Cash".

Drive, commitment, accuracy, and a habit of taking ownership are some examples of characteristics that define you. As there are many points of contact, you are a communicative person who finds it easy to collaborate with others. You need to have a good knowledge in English, and Swedish is a bonus.

You have several years of experience in development of Oracle E-Business Suite and areas such as finance, procurement, and logistics to succeed in this role. You have previously worked with Oracle's development and testing tools. Excellent skills in PL/SQL are required, and a bonus if you have experience with Java.
