What you’ll do 
The customer team is responsible for the Android experience of the Digital Service Booking. It owns the Service Booking module inside the Volvo Cars App (VCA) repository. A junior / mid level Android engineer would support the team designing, coding and maintaining the mobile user experience working with a cross-functional team of client/frontend developers, backend developers, QA and designer.
You and your skills 
* Java/Kotlin app development
* Experience in Android stack and related development and build tools (Android Studio, Gradle build system)
* Working with decoupled layers and follow Google Architectural patterns, like MVVM
* Writing automated unit and integration tests
* Familiar with Compose framework and sketch tools like Figma
* Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
* Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery
* Effective communication skills in English – both written and verbal
* Agile Kanban development methodology is preferred
