What's in it for you?
Would you like to influence and craft the technical strategy that supports Volvo Cars to grow and reach our goal of being an electric car company by 2030? Then we would like you to join our Car Service Cluster as a Senior .Net Engineer. 

In the Car Service Cluster and the “Soft Offer Platform Team”, you will work with the Soft Offer, an application that is used to create and store Service Contracts and Extended Warranty data used by both Volvo and Polestar across 20+ markets.

In the “Soft Offer Platform Team” you get to join one of the cross-functional product teams, and work with continuously delivering new features and running a stable, high-quality application.
We’re looking for someone that will contribute to craft a high-quality data ecosystem that spans across multiple product teams and clusters. We have only just begun this journey in earnest, and you’ll be joining us at a time where you can really have a great impact and support us set the tone for the next chapter in our company's history! 

What you’ll do

You will join forces on exciting challenges ahead, such as:
* Re-architecting parts of the application
* Transforming application from supporting inhouse business to also support Volvo Cars client facing applications.
* Building highly scalable and well-functioning APIs based on a micro service architecture
* Maintaining application/APIs based on Docker/Kubernetes 

You and your skills
You are an Experienced Full stack .Net Engineer, who has relevant work experience of at least 5+ years. It is important that you are passionate about what you do and have a high interest in keeping up with current best practices & know and care about sound engineering practices like continuous delivery, Test Driven Development, and automated testing. You are passionate about crafting clean code & are experienced working with modern infrastructure and tools.

You are comfortable mentoring and a good listener towards your peers and passionate about problem solving issues, having a curious and problem focused mindset.

You range from being comfortable to experience with Technologies & Tools: C#, Javascript , Angular , Git, Azure DevOps , CI/CD pipeline Understanding of design patterns, unit testing, TDD, Sound knowledge of Micro Services, SQL server, Docker, Kubernetes. Blazor experience is a bonus.
