Summary:

Responster is looking for a full-stack developer with the experience and hustle to fill our Lead Developer role. You will take full responsibility for the technical stack and help us to modernise it, step-by-step. Additionally, you will be expected to help guide our current development team in new product developments and innovations.

What Is Responster?

Responster is a scrappy, hungry company eager to give the survey industry a makeover. Our flagship product is a responsive survey tool that helps enhance the experience of collecting feedback on any device, regardless of screen size or platform.

Current clients include SAS, DHL, and Capio, among many others. Recently, we passed one million responses collected through our platform. Uses range from customer feedback, to employee job satisfaction, to live event surveys, and beyond.

About You:

We?re looking for someone who not only knows their stuff, but is eternally eager to know it even better. Our ideal candidate has a genuine desire to further their knowledge of web applications and their development, and probably spends their evenings and weekends doing just that.

You would describe yourself as full-stack, with knowledge of every step of the development process. That said, you should have a focus on backend and project architecture. Oh yeah, it?s also important that you think API?s are cool!

You think it?s fun to work in a small, tight-knit team, building a thriving business from the ground up. You know that your skills and experience will help our rocketship land on the moon and beyond.

Strong project management skills are a must, along with the desire and ability to lead our small-but-growing development team. To this end, it would be good to know a few things about SCRUM and agile project management.

When it comes to experience, a specific number of years is less important than a demonstrable body of work and real-world projects.
