Senior Tester

A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Information Technology Development team helps develop and supports internal information technology systems and applications for use by all staff levels. You’ll help our team develop programmes and applications that cater to PwC’s strategic technology needs using your knowledge of technical domains of application.

What are the responsibilities for a Senior Tester?

We are now looking for Senior Testers for our teams that work internally towards our auditors.

As a Senior Tester, you will work within a team in IT consisting of developers, scrum master, business analyst and product owner. Currently, the test process consists of different types; manual, regression, smoke and automated testing. We want to continue our work to automate more of our tests, that you will be a part of.

A few examples of tasks within the role as Senior Tester:

• Review, document and analyze operational requirements together with the rest of the team.
• Continually test new features and ensure they meet requirements.
• Collaboration with other teams to share knowledge and solve problems together.
• Continue our journey to do more automated testing for our applications.

Qualifications

We attach great importance to your personal qualities and your attitude when we recruit, so that we can do great things together. In order to succeed at your best in this role, you are meticulous and organized. You also need to be independent and able to plan your own work and be fluent in Swedish and/or English.

• Databases and SQL
• Playwright
• Automation testing
• API- and test-integrations
• Agile way of working
• CI/CD
• .NET and Visual Studio
