As an IT-Support Technician you will…

In this role, be part of a team that are responsible to provide IT-support (Hardware, software and IT-systems) to a Nordic organization of around 130 employee. Within the scope of the role, you will handle the following although not limited to these tasks:

• Provide support to all Cardif Nordic staff for all technical purpose (computers, phones, printers, scanners etc.) in a effective and user friendly manner

• Install, administrate, monitor and troubleshooting general office equipment (desktops/laptops etc.) locally and at the different sites, including security patches, network adminstration, new software updates, etc. As well as providing support for our telephone system, IT systems & other similar equipments.

• Monitor the performance and the capacity of the IS components with PRTG, Dynatrace etc.

• Keep the inventory of all hardware and software up-to date, including the Licenses and Support / Maintenance agreements. Perform quarterly follow-ups to make sure everything is compliant and order new IT-equipment if/when needed.

• Manage IT projects within the scope

In this role, you need to be able to communicate in English fluently, both verbally and in writing . It’s meritorious if you can speak and write in Swedish fluently. Furthermore, we see that you have:

- Experience from a similar role

- IT-related education

- You will need experience from working in network- and serveradministration(CISCO, Active Directory, O365, Win and VMWare)

- Meritorious with skills within Python and/or Powershell
