Do you have experience from Project Management and HR? Join the European leader in talent management software and become our Senior Project Manager & HR Business Consultant in Stockholm! A unique chance to influence the Swedish market and implement our HR software solution to our customers. Because we help our customers to effectively manage their recruitment, training, performance, skills and careers of employees.
Your challenge
Your main mission will be to plan and implement our cloud applications for talent management. This will involve generating customer satisfaction through analyses, workshops, user testing and customer training. Naturally, in close collaboration with IT as well as functional and product teams. As Project Manager and HR Business Consultant, you will also be responsible for time management and budget for our projects.
Apart from project management, you will contribute to product and customer relationship management, identifying local product requirements and development needs as well as following up on our customers’ satisfaction and communicate the latest improvements. It will also be your job to participate at events together with the marketing team.
Who are you
You are a driven, open-minded and flexible team player and entrepreneur with at least three years’ experience from project management and HR processes. Preferably operational HR processes, HR/HRIS consulting or SaaS Software implementation services. Naturally, you hold a Master’s degree in Business or HR.
To master this role, you also need to be fluent in English and Swedish. If you, on top of this, have knowledge of HR software such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle and/or Cornerstone, it will be to your advantage.
