We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to join our Content Management Team at Sony in Lund, Sweden.
What we can offer:
You will be part of our strong and driven Content Management Team, delivering up-to-date support content based on customer feedback, and ensuring content is produced and maintained according to a Sony Mobile tone of voice and a Sony Mobile business case.
You will work closely with other team members to create support content for Sony Mobile customers across multiple support channels, including print, web and multimedia.
Main focus and task:
Your main responsibilities will be to drive quality improvements of our deliverables, with a focus on concept development of self-support content. We want you to work innovatively with re-structuring the support content, utilizing metadata and on-demand services to generate a more personal representation of our future support.
Oversee the customer journey experience, analyzing customer feedback, pain points and data.
Ensure content consistency across all support channels, including print, web and multimedia.
Manage one or several support deliverables and secure that your deliverables are fulfilling the set target, by answering any queries the customers might have as well as foreseeing and meeting new customer needs.
Analyze and understand the pain points of your deliverables, by monitoring and following up on data/metrics in Google Analytics and Voice of the Customer surveys.
Who are you?
You are an experienced Content Manager with a background within information architecture, interaction design and/or technical writing. You are comfortable working across multiple channels, including print, web and multimedia.
You are well-organized and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
You have strong prioritization skills and no problem handling competing deadlines. You have excellent written communication, presentation- and computer skills, including experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics. You also have a SEO understanding, and you are able to show how your strategies will result, for example in increased traffic.
