Scrum Master – Signal Processing

In our IT organization located in Linköping, we are about fifty employees and we belong to an overall IT organization with more than 500 people. In Linköping there are four delivery teams, each responsible for their own assignments and working together to achieve the set-up goals.

Main Responsibilities
Your will facilitate the scrum process in the team responsible for the delivery of IT for Verisure Operations with functionality like monitoring, alarm handling, customer care and integrations to other systems. You will work closely with all members in the Signal Processing team that includes Developers with focus on backend, Test engineer, Application Specialist, System Architect and Product Owner. We expect you to be the agile champion of the team and the interface towards other team’s and external stakeholders to communicate project status against milestones and to assign and manage project resources. Daily tasks will include facilitating the daily stand-up to be scheduled with a clear agenda, help the team maintain progress, coach in agile practices and ensure the correct use of processes and tools. There will be a possibility to combine the Scrum Master role with working as a Software Developer or Test Engineer in the team.

What you bring
We are looking for a Scrum Master that facilitates towards creativity and motivate others to increase efficiency. You are used to work with complex systems with dependencies amongst deliveries and that has made you master the art of making the right priorities. Your personality is characterized by good communications skills and an ability to inspire and motivate.

Qualifications
* Some years of experience from a role as a Scrum Master and/or Software Developer or Test Engineer
* Good knowledge in product development
* Good English skills, both orally and written
* Good communication skills
