Project Manager- Scrum and software

This position is a combined position; Function/SW developer and Scrum master.

We operate in the area of vehicle motion state estimation, such as velocity and acceleration estimations, but also connected to mass.

We develop different kind of detections like roll warning and tire pressure loss.

The team is responsible for the complete development chain, including specification (requirement handling), implementation (mainly in Matlab/Simulink) and verification (V1-V3 + truck tests)

The developer part of the assignment requires at least 8 yrs of experience preferably within automotive in the area of state estimations and/or vehicle dynamics.

The scrum master part of the assignment requires very strong communication, presentation, and social skills. Good understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) is crucial. Not just in theory, but also in practice.

At least 3 yrs hands on experience of being scrum master is required.
