Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic team
What You Will Work On:
- Perform system fault tracing in collaboration with various knowledge groups within the automotive industry.
- Utilize multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools to analyze errors and check frames on different communication bus systems.
- Conduct software updates on Electronic Control Units (ECUs) as necessary.
- Provide support to different work groups and stakeholders by participating in test sessions on the rig/boxcar.
- Develop and maintain automated black box tests for automotive embedded software using the Vector environment.
- Enhance and expand the existing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure owned by the team.
- Participate in the requirement creation process to ensure testability of the requirements.
- Collaborate within an empowered agile team responsible for the end-to-end development process, including requirements gathering, software architecture, implementation, and testing.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in system fault tracing on embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Ethernet, including UDP/TCP and CAN/LIN communication protocols.
- Familiarity with diagnostics protocols such as UDS and DoIP.
- Experience using tools like CANoe and CANalyzer.
- Programming skills in CAPL, C, and C++ for writing automated tests of embedded systems.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
