Software Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Amaris Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GoLang and Python, along with extensive experience in cloud technologies and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Maintain Software Solutions: Create efficient, scalable, and robust software using GoLang and Python. Ensure software solutions meet business needs and are developed according to best practices.
2. Cloud Services Integration: Implement and manage cloud-based solutions, ensuring optimal integration and use of various cloud services.
3. Kubernetes Expertise: Utilize Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications, managing deployment, scaling, and operations of application containers across clusters of hosts.
4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
5. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development processes, adopting new technologies and methodologies where beneficial.
6. Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address software issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on GoLang and Python.
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies and services.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
