Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Operational Developer (DevSecOps) to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Lead efforts to enhance work processes, including build, test, deploy, and release processes, to optimize the IT organization and deliver increased value to customers more efficiently and frequently.
• Collaborate with a team focused on power of attorney management to achieve earlier and more frequent deliveries in production.
• Drive initiatives to break down silos and eliminate person dependencies, utilizing practices such as Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and pair programming.
• Implement strategies to ensure the team focuses on completing broken down deliveries within short cycles.
• Introduce enabling technologies such as automation and cloud migration/decommissioning to streamline workflows.
• Enhance the team’s problem-solving capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement by proactively troubleshooting recurring incidents using monitoring and alerts.
• Engage in close dialogue with users and leverage data-driven approaches to enhance customer value.

What you bring:

• Over 10 years of experience in .NET development with a strong foundation in C#/.NET.
• Deep understanding and commitment to agile methodologies, including Scrum/SAFe.
• Experience working in environments with complex and operationally critical system relationships.
• Proficiency in architectural frameworks and patterns.
• Familiarity with test strategies, test automation, and performance testing.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and work in Boards.
• Knowledge of container technology and experience working with Docker/Containers/OpenShift.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Proven track record of developing new services and products from concept to implementation in production.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to propose, evaluate, and investigate solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
