What we offer 
As a member of the Product Structures & Engineering Tools ART (Agile Release Train) you will be part of designing and delivering software development and installation services to Volvo Cars, that secure continuous flow of the In-Car software release to end users. An opportunity to take on complex tasks and engage with a wide range of stakeholders within a global cross company environment, in one of the most exciting industries today.

What you’ll do
You will identify and concretize complex user needs into both smaller improvements and large-scale initiatives. Elicit requirements to develop and design solutions that support the complete software development value flow. You will drive the collaboration with architects, developers, and users, and contribute to boosting team knowledge and continuous improvements. 

Your skills 
You have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical specialists and people without technical knowledge. You have an agile mindset and enjoy working in a collaborative team. You’re experienced in requirement gathering and analysis, with a great ability to understand customer needs. You also have an interest in and preferably experience from UX and software development.

It can also be good if you have experience from:
•    The Automotive industry
•    The Volvo Cars Configuration Management and PLM systems (e.g., KDP, PIE, VIDA)
•    Azure, CI/CD and DevOps including 3scale and Axiomatics
•    Software/user testing 
•    Front End development
•    Scrum/SAFe

You have good communication skills and enjoy building good relations with team colleagues and business stakeholders - a true team player. You are comfortable with, and can adapt quickly to, changing business requirements within a complex and global organization. 

Assignment
•    Work location: Gothenburg, Sweden.
•    Working time: 40 hours per week.
•    Language requirements: Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
