About this opportunity

Welcome to the Wealth management  team. We add value by design of solutions matching the capabilities to prioritised business challenges. As a mainframe Expert, you’ll play a valuable role in the  our diverse team and multicultured team. Our teams are distributed among locations in India, Poland, Sweden and Denmark.

What you’ll be doing:
* Contributing, on the higher level, towards Solution/System Architecture setup
* Suggest and develop solutions to minimize operational risk and total cost of ownership
* Developing develop solutions that maintain and increase performance
* Provide production support and bugfixing
* Translate requirements for system design and reporting design
* Testing and clearly document implementations, so others can easily understand the requirements, implementation, and test conditions.
* Act as a Team lead developer, coach and educate more junior resources

* Are able work in an challenging and agile environment with quick turnaround and strict deadlines
* Are familiar with devops concepts and the processes

Your experience and background: 
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science or 3 years of technical architecture and build experience with large scale solutions. 
* Minimum 1 year of experience in architecting large-scale mainframe solutions, performing architectural assessments, crafting architectural options and analysis, finalizing preferred solution alternative working with IT and Business stakeholders 
* 5 years of hands on experience with building large scale solutions in cobol
* 2 years of hands on experience of design and arhitecture
