Head of Service Development

You will as Head of Service Development for our Service drive the development of Digital Services directly aiming to make our customers more efficient and sustainable. You will be in the front for moving traditional transport flows into the world of electrification by providing outstanding Digital Service, such as Charging Services, Transport Operations, Range Support, Driver Services and a lot more. All our Services are based on IoT data from more than 640.000 connected vehicles.  
Some of your daily work will include:
•    Work close to customer to understand their needs, drive innovation at the same time as the daily operation with uptime of 24/7.
•    Drive transformation through Vision, Mission and Strategy for the area. •    Continuously empower, engage and develop your management team. Coach and lead your section consisting of five agile development teams. 
•    Work in the management team for Customer Digitalization within Scania.
•    Working cross-functional with everything from Customers, Market organizations and R&D.

Your profile
You have a background and solid knowledge in Digitalization and agile development. You are used to deliver end-customer products in a continuously flow of development. You are a strong communicator and wants to understand your business fully.  You understand the technologies that are in use and can guide and inspire your team. You have a good knowledge in AWS and web technology. You understand the importance of Design and UX, 

You strive to improve your way of leading yourself and others. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. You are a good coach for people and understand how to lead through others by building the right culture. 
You have a deep understanding of the agile manifesto and what it truly stands for. You setup teams with diversity to maximize their value. You have a strong Drive in your personality and wants to make a change!
