For this role, we believe you have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the administration, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. You will use your experience and expertise within the platform to understand and help the client find the best solution for them.

As a person, you are self-motivated and driven to stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. For this role, you need to be comfortable in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills:

- You're experienced in monitoring health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.

- Experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML.

- Broad knowledge of web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.

- You have a solid understanding of ITSM data models, reporting, and data governance.

- A good understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.

It’s a plus if you have certifications like ”ServiceNow Certified System Administrator” or “ServiceNow Certified Application Developer”. Experience with similar platforms will be considered relevant also.

We manage innovative projects in complex system environments, which makes the work as a developer both challenging and fun. You'll be a part of multiple projects and work both at our premises and at the client's offices. To succeed, you'll be equipped with the best of toolboxes.
