The Position

We are looking for a new team member with senior Java skills to one of our fantastic DevOps teams. As a Java developer in our team you take care of Volvo´s connected services every day and develop the future ones. The team consists of backend developers conducting our development, configuration, testing and support. The team is led by a Scrum Master and we follow the SAFE methodology. You will belong to an organization called Core Services where we for example take care of Vehicle Data Services and there will be a lot of opportunities to interact with other teams within Volvo Group Connected Solutions.

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced Java backend developer with skills in:
* Spring Boot, JMS, JSON, UNIX, relational databases
* AWS
* TDD

Any additional knowledge of connected applications, CI/CD,CDK, Code Pipelines, Docker, Serverless development  is a bonus. We put the emphasis on who you are as a person and we believe that your personality is the major reason for you to succeed in this role.
