ABOUT THE ROLE

12iD is looking for a React Native application developer for our Stockholm office. Someone to support the current team, as well as to be able to work on the product individually. The nature of the role itself demands a flexible and innovative professional, as well as able to perform under pressure and comfortably work towards deadlines in a Sprint structure set out by the management of 12iD.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain pixel-perfect, cross-platform UI components.
• Develop, maintain and ship Android and iOS native SDKs.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate prototypes and wireframes into functional app features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using React Native best practices.
• Optimize app performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Integrate with APIs and native modules as needed.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Contribute to code reviews and participate in technical discussions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in React Native and related technologies.
• Read and create documentation for internal and external use.

This position is based at our local office in Stockholm, Sweden. The role may develop over time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications with React Native.
• 2+ Experience in working with iOS and Android native application development.
• Strong understanding of React fundamentals (components, state, props, JSX).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Redux or similar state management solutions (preferred).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to create and maintain App CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for building high-quality, user-friendly mobile apps.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Bonus points for experience with:
• Navigation libraries (React Navigation, etc.)
• Have experience with development of SDKs
• Testing frameworks (Jest, etc.)
