Cybersecurity Engineer

Munters is seeking a to join our Group IT organization. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the Cybersecurity Engineer will be part of a team supporting the operation, design, and maintenance of heterogenous security controls and will work with IT and business stakeholders to deliver controls at a global scale. The Cybersecurity Engineer will contribute to the development and formalization of Munters’ cybersecurity strategy to support our business.

In this role, you will:

• Under the direction of the CISO, implement and administer security controls to align with Munters policies
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver controls for varied use cases
• Leverage technical understanding of security systems at various layers to support the operational capabilities of the business
• Provide recommendations to leadership to increase effectiveness and value of security solutions
• Be an essential part of expanding visibility and control into cloud infrastructure
• Assist in vulnerability scanning and assessment of internal and external applications
• As part of Munters Incident Response Team, respond to, investigate, and assist in remediation of security incidents for the enterprise

You should have:

• Experience in implementation and maintenance of enterprise security controls in a corporate environment
• Strong operational knowledge of Windows/Mac/Linux/iOS/Android operating systems
• 3-5 years of experience working with security controls for endpoints, applications, and network software and hardware
• Strong understanding of incident response operations
• Familiarity with IoT use cases and the ability to investigate and evaluate security solutions and controls for IoT environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to remain calm and work effectively in stressful and emergent situations
