Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Simulation and Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Conducting comprehensive engine simulations using MATLAB/Simulink and Python.
• Reviewing simulation results and recommending improvements.
• Supporting method development in the field of engine software and combustion engines.
• Working with virtual calibration and SiL environments and controls.
• Collaborating with project and design engineers to provide technical solutions on varied complex levels.
• Planning, leading, and performing high complex simulations/analyses.
• Acting as a technical expert for the discipline and ensuring the fidelity of simulations/analyses.
• Driving innovation through collaboration with universities, external institutes, or in-house developed tools.
• Initiating and leading a worldwide network to drive method and tool development globally.
• Training and mentoring less experienced Simulation & Analysis Engineers globally.
• Providing input to Product and System Roadmaps and contributing to project roadmaps/strategies within the context of industry trends.
• Performing project content evaluation and estimation to meet timeline and delivery.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in Simulation & Analysis Engineering.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and Python.
• Experience with engine software and combustion engines.
• Ability to deliver quality assured calculation models and results.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Capability to act as a technical expert and project lead.
• Clear articulation of value creation and alignment with TD/BA strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
