Your Role

In your role as a Senior Fullstack Developer, you are an essential contributor to our mission of establishing a world-class developer experience. You will help scope, design, and implement AI enablement applications including user interfaces and backend logic for a connected development loop inspired by Platform Engineering. AI enablement encompasses all software which aids the software development process by the use of AI tools such as large language models and other machine learning algorithms. The aim is to enable our engineers to validate and deploy their ideas within 24 hours of conception. You will have the chance to contribute to our “developer platform” and “developer portal” initiatives. These elements are integral to any modern tech organization. You will collaborate with a skilled team to develop and sustain these vital components.

Key responsibilities

• You will create cloud-based full-stack solutions using modern approaches and best practices to cater business needs of TRATON .
• You will work with peers to develop AI enablement applications in the developer portal.
• Work with Large language models to create applications that create the most benefit to the TRATON software development process.
• You will encourage and improve knowledge sharing by working with peers from across the organization, sharing your experience, learning from others and contributing to our shared knowledge base.
• You will evaluate the performance and quality of our solutions and seek ways to improve them.

Qualifications

• Senior-level of competence within fullstack development.
• Interest in the latest AI technologies and trends · Having deployed applications with Typescript, React Node.js and AWS or other frontend/backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Working collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with the following is meritorious:

• Large language models in development and/or production including prompt engineering
• Langchain, express and Rest API:s, kubernetes, CI/CD, playwright, Figma and Gitlab
• Methodologies Test driven development and Behavior driven development and Scaled agile framework (SaFe)
• The full software delivery lifecycle and git based workflows such as trunk based development
