UX/UI designer

Main responsibilities include:

• Lead and coach the UX/UI design team and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and continous improvement

• Ensure that our software products are intuitive, user-friendly and meet the needs of our end-users

• Manage and prioritize the team backlog and coordinate deliveries toward several dev teams

• Organize and participate in agile team events such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives

• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand and align on requirements and design objectives

• Support and guide the team's execution through feedback, by clarifying uncertainties in requirements and ensure the overall roadmap and priorities are followed

• Represent the UX team and provide UX & Human Centered Design (HCD) competence in project meetings, workshops or other forums

• Grow and manage our design system, to ensure consistency and coherence across the digital product portfolio.

• Manage Figma account

• Be an champion for UX and HCD in the organization, to improve the user experience across the software product portfolio
