The role

As an Experienced ServiceNow Developer in HRSD, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions to optimize HR service delivery processes. You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions. With your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills, you will drive the successful delivery of HRSD initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support HR service delivery processes, including case management, employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR knowledge management.

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize development efforts.

• Customize ServiceNow HRSD modules and functionalities to meet specific business requirements and enhance user experiences.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

As a ServiceNow developer specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), we would like you to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. With some years of experience, we expect you to possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Service Portal. Your strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies allows you to excel in developing solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Additionally, we hope you have experience working with ServiceNow integration technologies, such as REST API, SOAP web services, and MID Server. We would prefer that you have a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HR) certification.
