UX/UI Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative UX/UI Designer to join our team and shape the future of edTech. You will be instrumental in designing engaging, intuitive, and innovative educational experiences for children across our various Albert Group’s brands, including apps and websites.

What you'll do:

• Design & Innovation: Conceptualize and implement UX/UI solutions focusing on simplicity and user engagement. Create mobile games that integrate educational objectives with fun, interactive elements.

• Collaboration & Development: Work closely with product teams and stakeholders through all stages of design, from ideation to final execution. Participate in crafting user stories and customer journeys, particularly for our teenage audience.

• Feedback & Improvement: Actively participate in testing, gather feedback, and refine designs based on user and team input.
• 
  
• Assets production: To create graphical/illustration assets to support the UI/UX design needs
• 
  
• Documentation & Guild Contribution: Maintain thorough design documentation and share your expertise across the company’s design community.

Skills & Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Design, with a specialization in designing for children preferred.
• 
  
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in designing digital applications for young audiences.
• 
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Zeplin, and other relevant design and prototyping tools.
• 
  
• Design Expertise: Strong understanding of UI principles, including visual design, typography, color theory, and interaction design.
• 
  
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• 
  
• English: Fluent English in both writing and speaking!
• 
  
• Location: This is a full-time, on-site position in Gothenburg.
