Lead frontend developer - new technology - SaaS product

What our stack currently consists of:

• A few Angular/React/JavaScript client applications, each targeting different kinds of users styled with bootstrap and/or SASS.
• A multi-tenant Web API backend written in C# that uses IoC, NLP, machine learning-algorithms, Redis, SQL, queues and more.
• All of this hosted in the Windows Azure Cloud
• A development process aided by Visual Studio, NPM, Nuget, GULP, babel, mocha, a combination of unit- and integration tests, CI and more

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• A drive to write good-quality code (understandable, tested, componentized, etc.) and write a product to be proud of.
• An open mindset when discussing ideas and finding the better solution to any problem.
• Experience with the client technologies we should use for our next product (not necessarily the ones we are already using).
• An eye for the pleasant and willingness to add just a little bit more padding.

What we expect from you (must haves):

• 2+ years commercial experience.
• Relevant experience of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• A focused mind and strong communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in to get the job done, even when this requires efforts outside of your normal area of expertise.

What would make you really stand out in our eyes:

• Experience building business-critical high-performance web applications
• Links to things you’ve done we can browse to and take a look at
• Experience with C# and other technologies in our current stack
• Open-source contributions
• Experience of interesting technologies such as Node, Python, ElasticSearch or NoSQL
• A tendency to write testable code and doing TDD
• You have worked in an agile manner with Kanban
• Knowledge of NLP or application of statistical patterns
• A blinking LED suit =)
