As Looklet is constantly growing, we are now looking for a competent, driven and service-oriented colleague to join our IT-support team and to help us continue to provide high-quality service and support.

You will get the opportunity to work with a broad range of responsibilities and to build bridges between departments as well as being the first point of contact for our clients.

Our core team is located in Södermalm, Stockholm, which you will be a part of. You will also work closely together with our offshore team member based in Paris and soon one in New York.

Your job will encompass three main areas of responsibility: technical support, network administration, and IT infrastructure:

IT Support

* Monitor our Jira ticketing system and assist clients and colleagues as 1st- and 2nd-line support

* Investigate and troubleshoot bugs and other client issues ? software, network, user assistance

* Customize client settings in our backoffice

* Compile bug reports and feature requests for development in Jira

* Develop standard procedures and best practices for remote support system

* Foster constant exchange with remote team members in Paris and NY

* Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

* Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords (e.g., Google Works account globally)

* Administer all software licenses and SaaS accounts globally

Network administration

* Manage, monitor, maintain and optimize the local and cloud based server infrastructure (servers, switches, routers, firewalls)

* Ensure network security, connectivity and performance

* Specify system requirements and design solutions

*Define network guidelines, policies and procedures, and provide assistance for network security for our offices overseas

* Document local server architecture and network setup

Build/ maintain IT infrastructure

* Configure Linux Ubuntu servers of our photo studios; assist studio installation at clients

* Purchase and administer computer hardware for Stockholm headquarters

* Manage other local services and tools, e.g. printers, phones, video-conferencing, room booking

* Document inventory list of all computer hardware
