We are now looking for a Tech Lead on behalf of the modern product company Zooma in central Gothenburg.

As Zooma?s Tech Lead you are the primary resource and expert with regards to technical frameworks, online platforms and tools, both desktop and mobile. You are expected to use your technical development skills to educate, enlighten and guide clients and developers ? both in-house and external ? in all matters technical, as well as to oversee and also hands-on implement decided solutions based on recommended platforms and tools, thereby supporting Zooma in creating successful online presences.

Expectations

You are expected to lead Zooma and advice clients in all matters technical, based on a clearly defined strategy and online presence roadmap. Essentially you need to be a team player that is also capable of operating as a one-stop shop implementing a solution from scratch.

As the Architectural Strategist & Lead Developer you are expected to be able to stand in front of a client with confidence and use your presentation skills to further Zooma?s mission of always providing education, enlightenment and guidance for clients.

You are expected to be able to act as ?mentor? for clients? own software developers as well as for members on Zooma?s development team. As a mentor you show the developers better ways of doing things and help them improve their skills, as well as act as example by being the person who most closely follows the principles and practices we have committed to.

You are expected to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of a project where you are responsible for the deliverables. This includes being able to ensure quality in requirement specifications, tool recommendations, integrations, consequences (internal and/or external resources), development process suggestion, implementation/execution and documentation.

Skills

You need to know your way around the most common technical frameworks, online platforms and tools, and you need to stay on top of the continuous evolvement of these, including but not limited to;

- CMS tools (Episerver, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress etc.)
- E-commerce tools (Episerver, Magento, etc.)
- App development
- PIM/DAM tools (InRiver, WebDAM etc.)
- Email marketing tools (Apsis, MailChimp etc.)
- Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua etc.)

You need to be able to think holistically and from the standpoint of the clients? previous and next steps, maximising the outcome and ROI for the client. This includes giving strategic and tactical advice related to matters such as requirement specifications, recommendation of tools, integration of tools, localisation / roll-outs, consequences for editors, organisational and educational/training consequences (internal vs. external resources) etc.
