Experienced Test Engineer

About the position

In this role you will drive the overall test strategy work within Games Framework. You will work with our cross-functional teams, coaching them in agile testing and nurturing top quality.

Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Define and drive an overall development test strategy for several product development teams.
- Provide advanced technical expertise and coaching on agile QA principles to development teams and the broader organization.
- Provide information to management on quality assurance KPIs and advancements for any required strategic development recommendations.
- Challenge QA processes and suggests improvements across Test and Development Communities.
- Analyze and evaluate new and emerging trends in QA architecture.
- Hands-on testing (UI, Usability, Functional, Automation Scripting, Performance, Exploratory and Integration), analyzing root causes and deviations between the defined and the actual functional behavior and reporting it accurately.

What's your background?

Our ideal candidate has eyes like a hawk and is experienced in leading Agile Testing/QA, preferably holding a university degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.

You have:
- Proven experience in defining and driving test strategies for an Agile environment with business success in mind.
- Very high understanding of standards and methodologies of Quality Assurance and how they can be applied in Agile development.
- Outstanding communication skills and do not hesitate to initiate a dialogue with relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach.

Since our working language is English, high proficiency in English, both written and oral, paired with skills in clear effective communication is a must.
