Programmerare/ Developer

Forsway, with offices in Gothia Science Park in Skövde, Sweden, develop IP products and solutions over satellite. To further strengthen our team we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic developer that can both work with pure development tasks and also participate in technical discussions with external parties all around the world.

Experience
We are looking for a developer ,with an experience of 0-5 years in C programming (Linux), preferably with good knowledge in user interface design. You will work with technologies like C in embedded systems, PHP based web-services, shell scripting and satellite based networks.

Our solutions are Linux based and run both as standalone servers as well as embedded Linux devices for end user Internet connectivity. Good knowledge of TCP/IP and Linux are required.

Sound knowledge of telecommunication networks and protocols is a plus as well as experience from mobile networks (3G/GSM) and DVB standards (DVB-S2).

You should have good communication skills, be self-reliant, dedicated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Other desirable aspects include being able to take initiatives or full responsibility in planning, investigations and system design, to make sure they fulfill requirements and customer expectations.

Forsway work in a multicultural and global environment so the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. We think that you have a Bachelor or Master degree in computer or communication-related areas.
